Trip to Holland Farmers Market for Tacos

There's nothing like an early morning trip to the Farmers Market to get breakfast tacos from Ray the Tamale King!  We got front row parking.  Ray has been at the Holland Farmers Market for as long as I've been going there.  It's simple... flour tortilla, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes and homemade hot sauce.  Pair that with Founders Galaxy Oat IPA and you've got a little slice of heaven shining on the table in the back of my bus.  #blessed.

The ride through the country to Holland.

The boys hanging out in VAN VAN's new cot.

My good friend Erik met us for breakfast.

The morning was a little early for Nolan and he fell asleep on the way home.

Now it's time for some college football.  CMU Vs. MSU.  GO! FIRE UP CHIPS!!

Full Moon and Rising Sun

Woke up to the Full Moon hanging over the West.

Then headed East and was graced with this.  Have I mentioned that I LOVE September?

Note to self:  Clean your windshield!

VAN VAN needs a bath!

Healing Field

The Healing Field at Cannonsburg Ski Area.  This memorial was erected to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks on America.  Never Forget...

I recommend taking a stroll through the field.  Read the placards on each flag that represent a person who died in the attacks.  It brought back a lot of memories from that day.  Lets all hope nothing like this happens again.

September Morning...

I can't say there is anything better than a September morning.  And you just can't argue with these...

So on the way back from a bike ride this evening, I captured a few of these views from downtown GR...

In Michigan, there's just no better time of the year...
